Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily.

Each tablet contains:
Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) fruit ext. dry conc. 300 mg.
Equiv. to Silybum marianum dry fruit 21 g.
Standardised to contain Silymarin 165 mg.
